6 EXERCISES TO HAVE BRAZILIAN BUTTOCKS


When it comes to looking beautiful, healthy and with good body, all tips are welcome! And that's why today I want to recommend some great exercises, designed exclusively to get a Brazilian figure.

The routine is super simple and you will not need to go to a gym to do it, hands on!

Follow these recommendations!
- Choose at least 3 exercises a day.
- Do 2 minutes each exercise with each leg (for the exercises that apply).
- Rest for 30 seconds between each exercise.
- Do a total of 3 rounds of each exercise. Between round and round, rest 2 minutes.
